Employee recognition platform enhancing workplace culture through customizable rewards and automation.
The challenge
Awardco’s previous Webflow site was built using a patchwork of templates, which made updates inefficient and scalability difficult for their internal marketing team. The structure lacked consistency, wasn’t componentized, and required developer involvement for even small changes. The user experience didn’t align with Awardco’s modern, innovative product, and the site also suffered from performance issues like slow load times and poor responsiveness. As Awardco continued to grow, they needed a high-performing, scalable website that empowered their marketing team to manage, update, and expand the site independently and efficiently.

The solution
We partnered with Awardco to completely re-architect their website in Webflow with a component-first approach. Every section was modular, reusable, and designed to give the Awardco marketing team the flexibility to scale the site without relying on developers. We overhauled the UX with a focus on clarity and engagement, implemented custom graphics, and optimized every page for performance, responsiveness, and speed. The new build not only delivered a cohesive, professional experience—but also unlocked internal autonomy and operational efficiency for the Awardco team.
The Result
The new component-based site is faster, easier to manage, and built to scale. Awardco’s marketing team can now expand and adapt the site without extra resources—driving better performance, engagement, and long-term flexibility.
